Frequently asked questions

We are often asked about travel, coverage, pricing, products, and additional services. We hope this information is helpful when making your decision. We are more than happy to provide additional clarification so please feel free to call or email.

where can i find information about your pricing?

Our pricing isn’t listed on our studio website. Pricing varies from wedding to wedding because each couple have different creative needs. Travel, additional photographers, length of coverage, additional products, and services are determining factors when customizing a wedding collection. We understand weddings can add up quickly so we are thoughtful about our pricing as we continually offer a personalized service and provide quality products. We find that’s it best to chat a bit in length so that we have a better idea about what you want and need.

Will our photographs be edited?

Yes! We hand-edit each and every single photo which will be presented to you. Editing includes basic color correction, blemish removal, and some sharpening if needed.

When will we receive our photographs?

We do our very best to return photos to you within two to three weeks from the your wedding date. During peak wedding season, it may take up to four weeks to return photos. Photographs are available via a private online gallery and are available to you to view for up to 90 days from the time of initial presentation. Photographic prints turn around time is 3-5 business days. Albums and canvas turn around time is approximately 2 weeks.

Does your studio provide bridal and engagement photo sessions?

Yes, we do! We actually encourage our couples to set some time aside for an engagement session. We find that couples become more comfortable being in front a lens after the engagement session. It also lends the opportunity to better know each other prior to the wedding. Since our weddings take place on Friday/Saturday/Sunday, we would want to schedule your engagement session during the week. The benefit of taking photographs during the week means most places are less crowded.

how many photos will i receive?

This is a great question! It actually depends on length of the wedding and events/activities which take place on your wedding day. On average, our studio will produce approximately 350-475 photographs for a 4 hour wedding. A bridal session will typically produce approximately 15-25 photographs. Engagement sessions would typically produce 30-40 photographs. Our studio is a firm believer in quality over quantity.

Will you travel to my wedding?

Absolutely! We travel throughout the country and internationally.

what kind of camera will you use to photograph our wedding?

The very best…which is Canon in our humble opinion! We use professional grade Canon camera bodies and professional “L” lenses. Please don’t worry; we also have backup professional Canon grade cameras, lenses, and lighting/light modifiers. In other words, we’ve got your wedding day covered!
