Creative and Memorable Ways to Propose
wedding ring

Last year, I lost my diamond wedding band. I turned our home, our vehicles, and my handbags upside down. I couldn’t find it. I was devastated. On the upside of things, I found missing lens caps, a pair of Kendra Scott earrings, and $10.

Last summer, I met Jake for dinner at North Italia. During our dinner, Jake placed my missing wedding band on the table. My wedding band caught my eye and I shrieked in such surprise that it brought unwanted attention to our table. I’m pretty sure those around us thought he proposed. That’s the closest to a proposal I would receive from Jake (and that’s another good/long story I will share with you in the future)! Needless to say, if you are thinking about proposing, I’ve got some ideas! These are my favorites!

How about at the top of the Empire State building? Ideal for those who love the city! That would make a cool story to tell the grand kids!

Ask Fido for help! A nice dinner at a dog friendly restaurant? Perfect for all dog enthusiasts!

His name is really Fido

How about a proposal at the beach? Sea salt in the air, golden sun, crashing waves….yes please! Convey your message in the sand and have a picnic on the beach.

Save those memories and make sure to hire a professional photographer! Something, I can’t stress enough. You are going to want those memories. :)

Winter Wedding Favor Ideas

When Jake and I got married about a million years ago, I struggled with what to hand out as a wedding favor. I didn’t want for our wedding favors be forgotten or tossed in the trash, especially when we put a great deal of thought and some expense. To be honest, I can’t even remember what we passed out as a wedding favor…now. Ugh!

I stumbled upon some really beautiful winter themed wedding favors and wanted to share these with ya’ll. Take a look!
